Biography<\/strong><\/p>\n

Em Campbell-Pretty is a Partner at Australian enterprise Agile consultancy Context Matters. In 2012, she launched Australia\u2019s first Agile Release Train using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This SAFe implementation is now one of the most widely referenced case studies in the world. In 2015 she became one of the first five people in the world to become a SAFe 4.0 Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT4). Today Em supports some of Australia\u2019s largest enterprises in implementing SAFe. She is a recognised expert on scaling Agile and considered a thought leader on scaling culture and creating Agile tribes. Em is an active member of the global Agile community and chaired the Enterprise Agile track for the Agile Alliance conferences in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Em is also the author of one of the 100 Top Agile Blogs of 2015: PrettyAgile.com.<\/p>\n
