Starting his career in Australia 11 years ago, Guy took part in various roles in Agile teams and built an extensive experience and understanding of Lean, SCRUM and System Thinking.<\/p>\n<p>In his current role, Guy supports and coaches delivery teams throughout the various stages of software delivery. Guy is also spearheading the innovation program at IOOF, introducing a startup mentality in a corporate environment.
