She has supported organisations including Telstra, Australia Post, Deakin University, GE Capital and AGL to optimise customer experience and deliver on digital goals. Katrina is an influencer, expert at building business agility by supporting teams and leaders and embedding a Lean startup mindset. Katrina is passionate about peer to peer learning, having established several communities of practice including Geelong Lean Coffee and Richmond Lean Coffee. She is a keen blogger, who shares ideas at agilesista.com.
