Jen Dante leads the product team for Square Payroll, Square’s new online payroll product for small businesses. Previously she was responsible for Enterprise AR\/VR products at Google and was a Director of Product Innovation at Netflix, where she led innovation across a spectrum of product areas from growth to kids and family. She approaches innovation from a deeply data-driven perspective, and believes the best way for a business to maximise profit is to lean into risk and commit to experimentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jez Humble is an author, speaker, CTO at DevOps Research and Assessment LLC, and a lecturer at UC Berkeley.<\/span><\/p>

He is the co-author of <\/span>Continuous Delivery<\/span><\/i>, the Jolt Award-winning book in Martin Fowler's signature series, as well as the books <\/span>Lean Enterprise<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>The DevOps Handbook<\/span><\/i>. Jez has spent his career tinkering with code, infrastructure, and product development and consulting in companies of varying sizes across three continents, most recently working for the US Federal Government at 18F.
