With over a decade of experience running Quality Assurance, customer success and development teams, Tal melds her real-world experience and customer insights to drive a portfolio strategy that fuels greater intelligence and integration. Prior to this role, Tal was responsible for running the Application Delivery Management Research and Development organisation. She holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.<\/span>

Jez Humble is an author, speaker, CTO at DevOps Research and Assessment LLC, and a lecturer at UC Berkeley.<\/span><\/p>

He is the co-author of <\/span>Continuous Delivery<\/span><\/i>, the Jolt Award-winning book in Martin Fowler's signature series, as well as the books <\/span>Lean Enterprise<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>The DevOps Handbook<\/span><\/i>. Jez has spent his career tinkering with code, infrastructure, and product development and consulting in companies of varying sizes across three continents, most recently working for the US Federal Government at 18F.
