About Anna Fiofilova<\/h5>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.17.2″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat”]Anna Fiofilova grew up in the Ukraine and from early on developed a keen interest in mathematics and was lucky enough to learn basic programming at school. This resulted in her enrolling to study Computer Systems at Networks at her local university and completing a Masters degree. Anna moved to Melbourne in 2012 (just before the Higgs Boson was discovered) and joined ThoughtWorks, where she learned about gender diversity, what \u2018Agile\u2019 really means, and had the chance to work with a great group of smart people. Anna now works with REA Group as a Senior Software Engineer. In her career, Anna has seen teams both sink and swim based on how they have handled unexpected departures, and hopes to share some advice that might help keep your team afloat.<\/span>

Jez Humble is an author, speaker, CTO at DevOps Research and Assessment LLC, and a lecturer at UC Berkeley.<\/span><\/p>

He is the co-author of <\/span>Continuous Delivery<\/span><\/i>, the Jolt Award-winning book in Martin Fowler's signature series, as well as the books <\/span>Lean Enterprise<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>The DevOps Handbook<\/span><\/i>. Jez has spent his career tinkering with code, infrastructure, and product development and consulting in companies of varying sizes across three continents, most recently working for the US Federal Government at 18F.
