He has worked as an Agile consultant, has been a group manager of an Agile consultancy, and has over 20 years of delivery experience in the public sector where he strives to drive citizen outcomes through Lean\/Agile principles. Michael is passionate about harnessing the power of teams, collaboration and alignment of people to deliver solutions to complex real-world problems using Agility.

Jez Humble is an author, speaker, CTO at DevOps Research and Assessment LLC, and a lecturer at UC Berkeley.<\/span><\/p>

He is the co-author of <\/span>Continuous Delivery<\/span><\/i>, the Jolt Award-winning book in Martin Fowler's signature series, as well as the books <\/span>Lean Enterprise<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>The DevOps Handbook<\/span><\/i>. Jez has spent his career tinkering with code, infrastructure, and product development and consulting in companies of varying sizes across three continents, most recently working for the US Federal Government at 18F.
