Lachlan started his Agile journey with Scrum nearly fifteen years ago. He has since worked in delivery, and on several major and numerous small Agile change programs in Australia. Lachlan uses his experiences in his training sessions to give everyone some real examples of the successes and challenges that come with Agile.<\/p>\n

Lachlan\u2019s curiosity into why Agile works has led him to complete many certifications and years of university study. He is now on the long road to a PhD. Jez Humble is an author, speaker, CTO at DevOps Research and Assessment LLC, and a lecturer at UC Berkeley.<\/span><\/p>

He is the co-author of <\/span>Continuous Delivery<\/span><\/i>, the Jolt Award-winning book in Martin Fowler's signature series, as well as the books <\/span>Lean Enterprise<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>The DevOps Handbook<\/span><\/i>. Jez has spent his career tinkering with code, infrastructure, and product development and consulting in companies of varying sizes across three continents, most recently working for the US Federal Government at 18F.
