Natasha Redman is one of Melbourne’s leading change management specialists, a Kath and Kim superfan and a passionate Agile enthusiast. She has worked across a range of industries and technologies and with many of Australia’s favourite corporates.<\/p>\n
With a strong background in change leadership, she founded Casa De Cambio (Spanish for ‘House of Change’) in 2019 because she saw a real need for sustainable change. That means really understanding her clients’ business – not just delivering point solutions or bringing in change managers to tick the compliance boxes.<\/p>\n
When she takes on a client, she starts by getting clear on the business problem. Then she designs solutions and provides the right level of support to ensure those solutions keep working when she leaves.<\/p>\n
