Paul Thornton is an Agile & DevOps practitioner\/trainer\/coach\/mentor, Technical Agilist, Head of Adaptive Delivery, and the Agile Delivery Chapter Chair at Aginic. He stems from a technical background in Software Engineering & Computing Science (AI + 3D) and has over 20 years experience across the UK and Australia over a variety of industries – including 10 years at Sky (UK) where he was one of a small number of people who instigated the Agile & DevOps transformation including move to Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban, along with the digitisation of their services (such as Sky Go, Sky News, and the award winning Sky Sports app), across web and mobile. Over the past 4-5 years, Paul has helped individuals, teams, and organisations across Australia benefit and deliver great business value through Agile, DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps approaches.
