About Matthew McCormack<\/h4>\n

Matthew McCormack started his career as an anthropologist and firmly believes the human element is central to any business transformation; involving both customers and employees in any change journey.<\/p>\n

Matthew has successfully led some of the largest and most complex digital transformations across APAC, proving his ability to align business objectives, technology investment and customer outcomes.<\/p>\n

In addition to his honours degree in psychology and anthropology, Matthew holds a master\u2019s in international management and a master\u2019s in business and IT strategy.<\/p>\n

As the Managing Director for UST, Matthew collaborates with a diverse team of strategists, human-centred designers, creative technologists and digital engineers to support clients to design, build and scale meaningful experiences. He thrives on building high performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation through authentic servant leadership and by leading with empathy.<\/p>\n

He champions data driven decision making in business, supported by research, and leads UST’s research collaborations with both universities and advisory firms. His current research focus is on the changing nature of business transformation in a hybrid world, and the importance of target operating model design in transformational success.<\/p>\n

When the work is done, Matthew likes to get outdoors \u2013 whether hiking, golfing or travelling.
