About Agnes Misiurny<\/h4>\n

Agnes Misiurny is a seasoned Design Thinker, with a global background in experience design, product management and start-ups. Starting her career as a human-centred designer, she transitioned her empathy for the user from usability into product design, ensuring people needs are met. Having utilised this approach at start-ups, she then converted into consulting to large organisations on how to make fast, customer-centric decisions. <\/p>\n

As the Consulting Director for Innovation at UST, Agnes consults to CXOs and boards on sustainable innovation operating models. Using Design Thinking as the core methodology, she preaches the importance of focusing on the problem and human insights, not the solution and experimentation while testing ideas. Her main interest is ensuring innovation becomes a reality through the lenses of human desirability, business viability and technical feasibility. <\/p>\n

Sporting a very mixed accent, Agnes has lived in 4 countries and is an avid traveller having visited over 35 countries. She does admit that most of the travel is to taste new foods she can add to her repertoire when hosting friends. She lives in Melbourne with her partner and 3 crazy dogs.
