About Zo\u00eb Coyle<\/h4>\n

Zo\u00eb Coyle is a communications training leader, with a diverse range of personal and professional experience. Her 20 years of experience intersects the corporate sphere, coaching, directing, writing, acting and charity work. This enables her to bring her wide breadth of knowledge and deep insight into the workplace with a spirit of egalitarianism, enthusiasm and optimism.<\/p>\n

Zo\u00eb feels passionately about the human capacity to learn and grow. To facilitate that evolution in others is her passion and her mission. It also fortifies her worldview, that being able to communicate with individuality, power and clarity is fundamental for claiming a large and meaningful life, and becoming a great leader. Zo\u00eb has spent over 15 years in corporate and communication training, building on her 20 years experience as a film and theatre actor. She is the communication coach of choice for the CEO\u2019s of some of Australia\u2019s largest companies, small businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Emotional intelligence is a speciality area where Zo\u00eb has a long track record of designing and delivering bespoke content.<\/p>\n

Zo\u00eb trained with Bren\u00e9 Brown in Texas in 2019 and is one of Australia\u2019s leading certified Dare to Lead trainers. She graduated from NIDA in 1998 with a Bachelor of Performing Arts. Zo\u00eb\u2019s first book, Where the Light Gets In<\/em>, was published by Ultimo Press in April 2022. Her second book, The Dangers of Female Provocation<\/em>, was published in May 2023.<\/p>\n

In her bestselling leadership book ‘Dare to Lead’ Dr Brene Brown’s research determined that one of the key reasons people were unhappy in the workplace\/with their leadership\/teams was a lack of courageous conversations. Having difficult conversations is hard, and our neurobiology is designed to help us avoid them.<\/p>\n
