Despite being an Economics graduate, Angel found her passion in working with teams in software delivery. She had a squiggly career, working in various roles within Technology: developer, systems designer, tester, business analyst, software engineering manager, product owner, iteration manager, and eventually an agile coach. Her technical background combined with agile and systemic team coaching skills provide a holistic approach that helps her serve her clients better.<\/p>\n
Angel has a strong desire to help teams not just be high-performing but become high-value creating for their organisations too. She is passionate about team and group dynamics. Helping teams manage tension and conflict, understand interpersonal relationships and their systems.<\/p>\n
