Catherine Seal is a change manager turned Agile coach who is passionate about making organisations work for people. She has led a number of government programs and policy initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering consumers, volunteers and front line workers. As a coach at Telstra, she has been active in improving the agile experience for people in a wide range of business contexts and life situations. In addition to her coaching, she is active in the employee representative group, Telstrability, and a volunteer unit leader with Girl Guides NSW.
