Natalie Field is Bupa’s Chief Digital and Data Officer, responsible for the digital & data strategies and innovations that will drive transformative customer experiences and growth.<\/p>\n
Natalie joined Bupa in 2021 in the role of Chief Digital Officer, before joining the Asia Pacific Executive Leadership Team in the newly-created role of Chief Digital and Data Officer in March 2022. Natalie has a rich background leading multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise transformation initiatives, specialising in product, technology, transformation and data. Prior to her time at Bupa, she was Chief Technology Officer at communications company, Belong, and spent several years at Australia Post leading digital product, technology and delivery, and working at global consulting firms.<\/p>\n
Natalie has a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering and recently completed her Foundations of Directorship with the AICD. She has completed certifications in Gallup Strengths coaching, scaled agile and product management. In 2021, Natalie also completed 300+ hours of training to become a Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher.<\/p>\n
