Andrew Sales has successfully guided numerous organisations through SAFe\u00ae transformations across various industries, drawing on his many years of Lean and Agile experience. As Chief Methodologist, Andrew is passionate about helping SAFe enterprises identify better ways of working by applying Lean, Agile, and DevOps at scale. In addition, he fulfils the role of Framework product manager, ensuring that Scaled Agile, Inc. has a clear vision, roadmap, and set of priorities for how SAFe will meet the needs of our customers. As a member of Scaled Agile\u2019s leadership team, Andrew is responsible for defining the strategy for evolving the SAFe to support enterprises in achieving business agility.<\/p>\n
He previously led the Agile Services Practice across EMEA for CA Technologies (formerly Rally) and is a regular keynote speaker at Agile conferences. Andrew is a lifelong learner and recently completed research exploring how organisational structure impacts organisational performance.<\/p>\n
