The Suncorp\u2019s VRO is accountable for governance and delivery oversight of Suncorp\u2019s strategic investment, development of Suncorp\u2019s Business Agility maturity and development and embedment of value driven approaches across delivery and portfolio management. Trish has lead Suncorp\u2019s Ways of Working &amp; Delivery Transformation Program, Momentum. To date, over 3000 people across the group have evolved their ways of working, prioritising customer obsession, empowering teams to execute at pace, in an environment focused on high transparency and trust. Trish has worked with Suncorp for over 6 years, and in that time she has lead large scale transformation projects for the group across both business and technology. Prior to joining Suncorp, Trish spent 12 years working in the United Kingdom on large scale transformation programs across both public and private sectors. Achieving a variety of outcomes including regulatory and compliance, technology and process change, as well as cultural and behavioural change. Trish specialises in Change Management, Agile methodologies, Lean Portfolio Management, Adaptive Leadership and Coaching high performing teams.
