Will Carey-Hill is the Design & Delivery lead for Suncorp\u2019s Group Transformation and has been instrumental in leading the Enterprise Agility CoE. The CoE looks after the Design, Implementation and Embedding of Suncorp\u2019s end-to end-Delivery Model and the Momentum, Ways of Working Transformation Program.<\/p>\n
To date, 3000 people across the Suncorp group have evolved their ways of working, prioritising customer obsession, empowering teams to execute at pace, in an environment focused on high transparency and trust.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Suncorp, Will held various transformation roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Group, across CBA, Bankwest and ASB as well as the Bank of New Zealand. Will\u2019s experience is specialised in Complex Adaptive Organisational Transformation including Agile Operating & Delivery Models, Agile at Scale, Lean Portfolio Management, Operational Excellence, Customer Experience and Adaptive Leadership. Will has led multiple complex transformation programs resulting in a variety of outcomes including improved ways of working for over 500 teams leading to as much as double the output and value of work in as little as half the time.<\/p>\n
Will now resides in Sydney, after enjoying time living in Auckland and Perth. He was born and raised in Toronto, Canada.<\/p>\n
