Based in NZ, he\u2019s known for his use of Visualisation, Storytelling, Coaching and Facilitation to shake up the norms associated in the workplace. Sujith has pivoted multiple times during his 18 year career from a Programming\/Project Management background to work closer with people and leaders to make positive, long lasting shifts in the workplace. In previous roles as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Gentrack he was able to travel to the UK, Australia, Pacific Islands and collect a lot of lessons and experience on Delivery, Agile, Transformation and Change.
