How can this be? We know Agile works and adds enormous value. Why is Agile seen to have failed? Why do senior executives shy away from even using words like Agile or Transformation? What on earth happened? The original lightweight and practical approaches have become copy-paste rulesets brought to us by large consultancies and tool sellers.<\/p>\n<p>This session will peel back the veneer of mediocrity and lean into Agile quality. I will take you beyond the mass-produced playbooks \u2122 to look deeper into the &#8216;INTENT&#8217;  and &#8216;WHY&#8217; behind many key Agile events and concepts.
