Before TeamForm, Eugene was the Team Coach Lead at Atlassian, improving ways of working and creating new plays and practices to enable teams around the world to be more effective.<\/p>\n
He\u2019s an experienced team coach and recovering consultant of 15+ years, with a personal mission of empowering leaders and teams to adapt to change and adopt new mindsets & behaviours.<\/p>\n
