Dipesh Pala is a thought leader in the Agile space with nearly 30 years of experience across various industries. Over the past decade, Dipesh has led IBM\u2019s transformation journey, growing the Agile capability from the ground up across the Asia Pacific region. He is passionate about enabling organisations of all sizes to optimise solution delivery through pragmatic use of Agile, Lean, and traditional methods.<\/p>\n
Dipesh has coached over 3000 Agile practitioners globally and has been instrumental in rolling out Agile at scale in many organisations across multiple countries, including Australia, NZ, UK, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, and China.<\/p>\n
More recently, Dipesh has co-founded two unique EdTech enterprises: Dreamcity and Mindflight7 – the leading and largest virtual reality education provider in Australia that has delivered XR programs to over 38,000 high school students and adults across more than 400 schools and institutions.<\/p>\n
