Agile has moved a long way since it was first conceived as a new approach to deliver working software.<\/p>\n

In 2001 The Agile Manifesto<\/a> was created to unify Agile ideals and subsequently changed software development forever. Over the decades since its creation, the 12 principles underpinning the Agile Manifesto have been embraced by countless individuals, teams, and organisations.<\/p>\n

When we talk about Agile ways of working, we are talking about overcoming silos to create flatter organisations<\/em>, working with smaller, cross functional teams<\/em> and prioritising tasks to deliver value<\/em> with the customer\u2019s needs at the centre<\/em> of all we do.<\/p>\n

AgileAus is proud to reflect all frameworks, approaches and flavours of better work in a program composed of keynotes, invited speakers and those that come through the Expression of Interest (EOI) process.<\/p>\n

Around 40% of those attending past AgileAus conferences have identified as \u2018new to Agile\u2019, and either attend as lone rangers or come along as part of a team to benefit from the 10% discount for groups of 5 or more<\/strong>.
