Victoria Schiffer is a senior security and technology leader with 20+ years’ experience across cyber security, trust and safety, software engineering, delivery and product in APAC and Europe – including leadership roles at REA Group, SEEK and MYOB. She blends agile delivery, product thinking and security leadership to help teams build safe, scalable, human-centred systems.

Known for her authentic leadership and clear, open feedback, Victoria is particularly effective in complex or high-pressure environments. She champions inclusive, diverse ways of working that spark innovation and stronger customer outcomes, and leads by example as an openly neurodivergent leader.

Driven by community and collective intelligence, Victoria actively contributes to LAST Conference, Agile Coach Camp, Agile Australia, Tech Leading Ladies, AWSN and more. Some Agilists may even remember her joining in the tradition of the infamous Agile Australia Tim Tam Slam.

In January 2026, Victoria joined Telstra as a Business Information Security Advisor – bringing embedded security leadership closer to product, engineering and business decisions.
