Biography
Guy is a delivery methods coach and Innovation Lead at IOOF. Starting his career in Australia 11 years ago, Guy took part in various roles in Agile teams and built an extensive experience and understanding of Lean, SCRUM and System Thinking.
In his current role, Guy supports and coaches delivery teams throughout the various stages of software delivery. Guy is also spearheading the innovation program at IOOF, introducing a startup mentality in a corporate environment. In this role, his mission is to create collaborative delivery teams, simplify delivery flow, and foster innovative thinking.
