Until mid last year, Jerome was an Australian Army Infantry Officer. In that capacity, he has led teams in operational planning, combat operations, disaster relief and other humanitarian missions.
Jerome was appointed to his current role in the Royal Australian Air Force in order to bring his transformation experience and expertise to Plan Jericho, which is the Chief of Air Force’s seminal capability transformational project.
