Ben Melbourne’s current business card says he’s an Experience Design Consultant at ThoughtWorks where he does a combination of design strategy, software delivery and preaching about the importance designers learning to become more adaptable and lean in our approach.

Now that he has gone Agile, he can never go back. Producing pretty deliverables just doesn’t give the same thrill it used to now that he has experienced the joy of producing actual working software in a multidisciplinary, collaborative software delivery team.
