The session starts with an overview of Lean Startup and in particular, the challenges faced by those innovating in the enterprise. Participants are then walked through a hands-on exercise where they are asked to create and execute an experiment "MVP". Attendees conduct their experiment in real time with real customers, all in just a few hours. And finally, Brant guides the room through a series of "lessons learned" reflections, connecting attendee's learning to their daily work.
Attendees will learn hot to use new tools, including Move the Needle's Customer Zoom, Value Stream Discovery and Experiment Map, focusing attention on discovering new value for market segments.
Brant's approach is practical, hands-on, and informed by our experience on the front lines of enterprise innovation and lean startup. Brant literally wrote the book on it: the NYT bestseller The Lean Entrepreneur.
