About Angel Uy

Angel Uy is an Agile Coach and Systemic Team Coach from the Agile Angel. She supports product delivery teams and leadership teams unleash their full potential. Her work enables teams to tap into their collective wisdom, unlocking their creativity to become high-performing and high-value creating for their organisations.

Despite being an Economics graduate, Angel found her passion in working with teams in software delivery. She had a squiggly career, working in various roles within Technology: developer, systems designer, tester, business analyst, software engineering manager, product owner, iteration manager, and eventually an agile coach. Her technical background combined with agile and systemic team coaching skills provide a holistic approach that helps her serve her clients better.

Angel has a strong desire to help teams not just be high-performing but become high-value creating for their organisations too. She is passionate about team and group dynamics. Helping teams manage tension and conflict, understand interpersonal relationships and their systems.

Angel’s experiences have served her well as an agile coach and systemic team coach for IT technical teams. She has been in their shoes and understands the different perspectives. This experience and knowledge produce the best results for their teams.
