About Justin Bugeja

Justin Bugeja is a Cloud Platform Engineer at Wesfarmers OneDigital. As part of the Platform Team we are responsible for setting standards and patterns for our AWS infrastructure, setting up and managing our CI/CD tooling, managing infrastructure via Terraform/CDK, while also providing best practice guidelines and support to our developers. My team and I have embraced a product-first approach to platform engineering. Our latest product, CloudKit, has quickly gained popularity among developers and following its success we are on the journey to create more.

I’ve had a varied technical career in the IT industry, starting as a DevOps Engineer at NAB then moving to a Junior Salesforce Developer role. Later, I worked as an Integration Engineer at Ericsson and then as an AWS DevOps Engineer at Openpay.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new food and travel experiences, staying active at the gym, and unwinding with some computer games.
