Aman Singh Banipal is a transformation leader with 16+ years of experience across banking, insurance, telco, property, government, and healthcare, driving change that sticks, leading teams that perform happily. He has spent his career blending structure with empathy, and strategy with real delivery, to lead Agile transformations, set up COE’s for agile coaches and BA’s, set up new ways of working, and coach teams and leaders through complexity.

Right now at Westpac, he’s helping to reimagine how we work. Building new operating models, aligning teams across business, technology and marketing, and shifting (leadership) mindsets to enable better outcomes. Whether it’s launching a SAFe/Scrum Agile train/village/tribe, designing governance models, or influencing across layered stakeholder groups, he rolls up his sleeves and gets in the arena.
