Alidad Hamidi is a seasoned consultant and Organisational Development Coach with over two decades of experience in strategy, organisational design, and transformation. Throughout his career, Alidad has collaborated with prominent organisations such as Aware Super, Westpac Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Bulletproof Networks, Suncorp, and Telstra, significantly enhancing their organisational health, strategic direction, and performance through improved organisational design and strategic clarity.

As Co-founder of Desirable Futures, Alidad supports leaders in shifting from traditional hierarchical structures to decentralised, human-centric organisational models that prioritise team autonomy, adaptability, and innovation. Desirable Futures is the ANZ Research Centre for RenDanHeYi and is home to a team that includes Semco Style Institute Certified Experts—bringing together globally recognised approaches to self-management, distributed leadership, and value co-creation.

In 2024, the Desirable Futures team attended the ZeroDX Awards in Qingdao as guests of Haier and the Haier Model Institute, supporting Australian company Everest Engineering in receiving a ZeroDX Award for Emerging Excellence. They also collaborated with Buurtzorg Australia to deliver training focused on self-management and decentralised decision-making principles.
