Brenton Race is the Chief Technology Officer at Blueshift, a remote-first software company. He has led the Product Development team and other technical teams at Blueshift for over 12 years, overseeing the implementation of Agile and DevOps development practices and building a high performing team as the company scaled across the ANZ region and beyond.
