With experience across retail, fintech, consulting, and SaaS, she knows agility isn’t one-size-fits-all—and she’s passionate about helping teams find what actually works for them. A love of travel, music, and a background in performing arts have shaped Jaclyn’s approach to agility. Her Performing Arts degree taught her the power of systems thinking, real-time adaptability, and making sure every player has a voice—skills she applies just as much in retrospectives as on stage. A lifelong musician and performer, she believes great teams—like great bands—thrive on rhythm, collaboration, and knowing when to lead or step back and support the groove. Her time living and working overseas sharpened her ability to navigate ambiguity, negotiate outcomes, and approach challenges with fresh perspectives—critical in both product and life. From coaching teams and leaders at ANZ and Elabor8 to leading flagship products at Iress, MYER, and now Easy Agile, Jaclyn has worked with teams at all stages of agility—scaling, transitioning, and in the trenches.
