Kirsti Donaldson Head of Agile Delivery, Australian Red Cross Lifeblood

Leading Agile transformations across financial services, professional services and not for profit organisations, Kirsti Donaldson has extensive experience working closely with other senior executives to develop and implement programs of work that drive meaningful change. Kirsti has spent her career developing people, being a champion for finding new ways to deliver excellent products and solutions. In addition to the Agile transformation experience, Kirsti has a strong background in delivery with extensive experience in managing complex programs of work.

In her current role as Head of Agile with Lifeblood Red Cross, Kirsti is responsible for leading and directing the Agile transformation program, working with key stakeholders to co-design the adoption and alignment of Agile ways of working most notably through the ARTs whilst also driving enterprise engagement – all anchored in delivering strategic outcomes.
