Mythili Zdanowicz is a seasoned Product and Delivery practitioner with over 15 years of experience across digital transformation programs of work to scaling lean startups. Her career has spanned a wide range of technology-focused organisations, where she has consistently championed culture, alignment, and customer focused outcomes.

In her current role as Agile Delivery Manager at the Clean Energy Regulator, Mythili leads the development of digital products with a strong emphasis on lean thinking, Agile ways of working and the iterative delivery of business value. She is passionate about creating an environment of trust and empowerment to set teams up for success and deliver meaningful outcomes.

A key contributor to the Agency’s journey towards greater business agility, Mythili has played a pivotal role in co-designing ways of working that support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
