About Sarah Kirkby
Sarah Kirkby is a Learning and Organisational Development Practitioner who helps teams and systems adapt, learn and thrive.

With a background in technology, product development and human-centred design, she brings a systems-thinking lens to capability building, leadership development and culture change. Her work bridges strategy and human experience by drawing on positive psychology, organisational agility and adult learning science to design practical and meaningful change. Sarah has held senior product roles in the adtech and learning sectors, and now partners with organisations to strengthen team-based working, collaboration and innovation. She holds a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, is an accredited ICAgile trainer, and is currently completing a Master of Business Psychology.

Sarah’s work is complexity-conscious, people-positive, and anchored in the belief that learning is the key to sustainable change.
