As the Product Management Lead at the Clean Energy Regulator, Tim Eldridge is passionate about enhancing alignment and collaboration across teams to develop solutions that accelerate carbon abatement. Tim works closely with the Agile Delivery Manager and the CIO to prioritise the agency’s most pressing problems and continuously improve ways of working. In addition to his current role, Tim has a background as a risk professional where he developed an interest in complex adaptive systems, utilising principles such as lean thinking, red team thinking, distributed leadership, and complexity thinking.
