Mike Boutel is Head of Training at PM-Partners Group, where he leads capability development across project delivery, change, agile, and emerging AI practices. With over 20 years’ experience in leadership, training, and large-scale transformation, Mike has worked with some of Australia’s leading organisations to uplift capability and embed new ways of working.

Mike is an official Peoplecert Reviewer for PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile.

More recently, Mike has been at the forefront of AI adoption in the workplace, delivering AI-Native training programs that go beyond prompting to focus on real behavioural change and productivity impact. His work centres on helping organisations move from awareness to adoption—ensuring AI is not just introduced, but embedded into everyday work.
