AI is just one factor in delivering value for software companies and as I will show you, it may not even be the most important factor in increasing delivery speed. Delivering value to your customers and business is the confluence of many factors and you ignore those factors at your peril. In this talk I’ll take you through the significant and rapid change that we have been through at Mable and show you the data that has informed that change and the practices we have implemented in response to that data. Throughout it all, the goal has not been AI, AI has just been one tool in the journey to increasing our delivery of value.
