Session LLMs to Agents to Teammates
We are living in times of extreme geopolitical, climate, and economic uncertainty. Add to that disruptive technologies at unprecedented scale and speed, lagging regulations and laws, and growing societal concerns about ethics, fake vs truth, and perceived loss of human control – it is overwhelming for most of us. In this talk, Rashina will bring a research informed perspective to help you make sense of the changes brought on by the AI revolution and equip you with three key takeaways on how to process emotions, find perspective, and take control of your future with AI.
Play & Do Session LEGO4AgenticAgile
In this interactive ‘play and do’ session, Prof Rashina Hoda will use LEGO® Serious Play® to help participants explore what it means to work alongside AI teammates. Through hands-on building and storytelling, attendees will create and share models that represent their future ways of working, uncovering opportunities, concerns, and new perspectives on agentic AI in agile environments. Guided by Prof Hoda, a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, the session emphasizes deep engagement, reflection, and collaborative sense-making. Dr Hashini Gunatilake, Lakshana Assalaarachchi, and Samuel Ferino will help with the facilitation.
