Ganesh Karthik Jonnalagadda brings more than 25 years of experience operating at the intersection of audit, risk, and agile delivery. A seasoned consultant and hands-on agile practitioner, he specialises in transformation assurance, complex program delivery, and independent assurance across large-scale change initiatives.

Ganesh has a keen interest in applying Agile within auditing functions and has pioneered novel approaches to embedding agile ways of working into audit and assurance environments for multiple clients. He has presented papers at various industry conferences, sharing practical insights on modernising audit through agility. Currently part of the Transformation Assurance team within the Audit function at Reserve Bank of Australia, Ganesh partners with senior leaders to strengthen transparency, build confidence, and support effective outcomes from transformation programs.
