Adam Murray is an experienced Agile leader and Coach who helps teams and leaders deliver meaningful outcomes without getting lost in the weeds. Currently an Operational Excellence Coach, previously a Scrum Master Chapter Lead and Agile Coach, Adam specialises in navigating complex delivery environments, building high-performing teams, and enabling leaders to move from constant firefighting to focused, value-driven work.

With over two decades of experience across large, regulated organisations, Adam has supported teams to improve delivery flow, increase organisational capacity, and translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes. He brings a pragmatic, outcomes-focused perspective to change, drawing on hands-on experience working with leaders and teams under real delivery pressure. Adam is known for cutting through complexity to help organisations focus on what matters most and make progress that sticks.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys running tabletop roleplaying games. Creating stories is an interest that sharpens his facilitation, creativity, and ability to engage diverse groups of people.
