Lightning Talk Everything I Know in Agile, I Learnt from Playing Dungeons & Dragons
This lightning talk draws on 50 years of Dungeons & Dragons gameplay to explore how adventure teams self-organize, learn by doing, and build resilience through diversity. Through stories from the game table, it shows how D&D has embodied Agile principles in spirit and practice from the very beginning – and why reflecting on how you play matters more than the game itself.
