The Night Before
Flying in for AgileAus26? Don’t arrive and go straight to your hotel.
The night before the conference begins, we’re gathering the early crowd for drinks and easy conversation. This is your chance to meet a few faces before we kick off AgileAus26.
This one’s especially for interstate and out-of-town attendees, first-timers, and anyone who wants to hit Tuesday morning already knowing someone in the room.

New to AgileAus? Arriving solo? This is where you can start.
Join in a short kick-off session for first-timers and newcomers and anyone who just wants to get their bearings, meet a few faces, and figure out how to make the next two days actually count.
Free and open to all attendees. No registration required – just show up.

The AgileAus26 Dinner is where the conference conversations turn into something longer. A room of practitioners, speakers, and curious minds gathered over good food at one of Melbourne’s iconic venues.
If you’ve ever wanted more time to go deeper with someone you met or heard from in a session, or you’re hoping to build a connection that outlasts the two days – this is where that happens.
We’ll be gathering at The George on Collins which is set within the historic Georges Building, blending heritage charm with modern Asian flavours in the heart of Melbourne. Good food, good company, and the kind of evening that’s hard to leave early. (But you’ll have to – Day Two of AgileAus beckons!)

This sweet, caffeinated tradition started as a special welcome for our overseas guests years ago and has since become a fun, inclusive treat for everyone. Grab a Tim Tam, a cup of coffee or tea, and join in the laughter, camaraderie, and good vibes that make AgileAus just a little sweeter:)

The last session ends – but the conversations won’t! This is the informal, unhurried part of AgileAus26 where you get to keep talking over drinks and canapés and cement the connections you’ve made over the past two days.
We’ll also hold the conference retrospective here if you’re interested – grab a drink, find a sticky note, and help us reflect on what we learnt.
