Alex Stokes has spent two decades specialising in Agile and Lean approaches. A forerunner of agility since its emergence in the 90’s, Alex has honed and applied these methods and techniques to many delivery roles in her career and has worked to bring agility to teams while at ThoughtWorks, REA Group, Envato, Luna Tractor and Auspost.

Alex now enjoys coaching, teaching, and helping other companies solve their problems of scale, delivery and pace, and co-founded ReBoot Co. Their mission is to help orgs achieve sustainable and continuous improvement, and transform working environments so people love their work.
