About Erin McManus and Fiona Siseman
Erin McManus
Engineering Manager, Spotify
Erin McManus is a passionate Agile practitioner and has been lucky to have been surrounded by some very cluey agilists in her career in Melbourne, Australia and now in the United States. She thrives in Agile software delivery teams, having played many roles over the last decade. She is interested in how companies that consider themselves Agile are evolving their thinking and practices on what it takes to continue being an Agile company.
Fiona Siseman
Agile Coach Manager, Spotify
Fiona Siseman is passionate about working with people to better understand their context and helping them to change and grow to be more effective. She has been around Agile teams as a coach and leader for a long time, but knows there is still so much to learn. After leaving Melbourne in 2015 she has been coaching, mentoring and learning at Spotify in NYC and Stockholm.
