Chris Chan is a Tribe & Adaptive Leadership Coach at ANZ who cares about humanising the workplace. He has deep and broad experience in software and product development. He specialises in Agile and business transformations and helping leaders, teams and individuals to apply Agile values, principles and practices that thrive within their specific environment.

He has spent the last 13 years helping organisations and teams globally to transform, continuously improve and find better ways of working. He is experienced with working side-by-side with teams, and coaching them to bring about positive change to build collaborative learning organisations.

You can often find Chris speaking at conferences, or energetically bringing the industry together as a founder of local agile meetups, and an organiser of the Agile Coach Camp Conference.
