She assists the portfolio to prepare and deliver domain activities, building the NWOW capabilities amongst teams and ensuring the customer remains the central focus. Sharon has an extensive background in change management, having worked at ANZ, NAB, Costa Group, and Australia Post. She is passionate about the change that can be created through coaching, mentoring and people management.
